Biography

Jacob Mestel was born on February 25, 1884 in Galicia, Austria-Hungary [now Poland] as Jakub Mestel. He was an actor and writer, known for The Wandering Jew (1933), A Daughter of Her People (1933) and Tkies khaf (1924). He died on August 6, 1959 in New York City, New York, USA.
